TREATMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n° 196 and General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data EU 2016/679 (GDPR).

In compliance with the provisions of the regulations referred to in the previous point, we provide you with information on the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, on the scope of communication and dissemination of the same, on the nature of the data in our possession and on their provision.

Purpose of the treatment:  Apping Srl , with headquarters in Via Albano Zanella, 23 - 25030 Erbusco (BS) - C.F. e P.IVA IT 04118550989, in the person of its Legal Representative Pro Tempore, in his capacity as owner of the processing of personal data, informs you that the personal data provided may be processed directly or also through third parties, as well as to implement any obligations contracts and to provide services ( e.g. promotional, informative, in-depth newsletters on  Apping Srlservices and/or on the topics "Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Smart Data, Cloud Computing, IoT and Industry 4.0, System Integration, Cyber Security" and / or commercial communications that may contain information, reports, events, promotions, offers, specials, invitations, market research, catalogues), also to comply with the obligations established by law, regulations or community regulations. The provision of your personal data is mandatory for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes; their missing, partial or incorrect conferment could result in the impossibility of providing you with the services offered by Apping srl and its Partners. Users can autonomously provide their personal data through forms in order to access certain services. The provision of data highlighted with an asterisk (*) in the data collection form is mandatory to provide the requested information, therefore failure to provide such data does not allow Apping Srl to fulfill the purposes of this service. Data not highlighted with an asterisk (*) are optional. The data is processed exclusively for the purposes connected to the service in question, unless otherwise communicated during registration or data entry for the individual services. The data provided when completing the contact form, subject to consent, can be processed for Marketing purposes: by way of example, sending - with automated contact methods (such as SMS, direct messages via Social Networks, Email and PEC - Electronic Mail Certified) and traditional (such as telephone calls with a suitably trained professional operator and traditional mail) - of promotional and commercial communications relating to services/products offered by Apping srl and partners or reporting of corporate events, as well as carrying out market studies and statistical analyses.

Moduli online indirizzati a terze parti: Sui siti internet e servizi gestiti da Apping srl  possono essere presenti moduli di richiesta (Es. richieste di contatto, richieste di informazioni, richieste di iscrizione a una o più Newsletter) che prevedono l’inserimento di dati personali (Es. dati di contatto quali nome, cognome, ragione sociale dell'azienda, indirizzo email, telefono fisso, telefono cellulare). Con la compilazione di tali moduli l’utente si iscrive al database del sito/progetto/servizio di riferimento per ricevere successivamente delle comunicazioni in risposta. Tali dati possono essere inviati elettronicamente alla struttura responsabile del sito/progetto/servizio con l’impegno di utilizzarli al solo fine di rispondere al richiedente. L’utente può, in fasi successive, autorizzare o meno l’azienda terza ad altri utilizzi dei propri dati come ad esempio l'attivazione di un servizio specifico. Apping srl può attivare, per questi moduli, la conservazione ed il mantenimento di copie delle informazioni trasmesse nei propri database per garantire la qualità e la utilizzabilità da parte sua e delle aziende a cui i dati sono stati indirizzati dall’utente. Apping srl dichiara di non diffondere questi dati e di non cederli a terze parti non correlate al sito/progetto/servizio. Per quanto riguarda il trattamento dei dati da parte dell’azienda terza a cui l’utente ha indirizzato, tramite modulo, la sua richiesta, per ogni comunicazione deve rivolgersi all’azienda terza. L’utente ha l’onere di verificare le condizioni di tutela dei dati personali direttamente con l'azienda responsabile del sito/progetto/servizio di riferimento.

Newsletter e Direct Email Marketing: Gli utenti visitando i siti gestiti da Apping srl  verticali a strutture partner o dedicati a progetti, servizi e software proprietari, possono attivare, ove disponibile, il servizio Newsletter per ottenere via posta elettronica o via posta ordinaria, al proprio indirizzo, messaggi contenenti inviti e informazioni su eventi, servizi, articoli redazionali e di approfondimento verticali alle tematiche "Intelligenza Artificiale, Big Data, Smart Data, Cloud Computing, IoT e Industria 4.0, System Integration, Cyber Security" nonché ricerche di mercato. Le Newsletter possono anche contenere dei messaggi pubblicitari. Tale iscrizione al servizio Newsletter può essere effettuata anche con l’autonoma sottoscrizione online del modulo dedicato o con l'attivazione di un'applicazione mobile gestita dalla stessa Apping srl per la relativa proprietà. L’utente ha la possibilità di eseguire l’opt-out e/o disiscrizione disattivando l’autorizzazione alla spedizione della Newsletter in qualsiasi momento direttamente dalla Newsletter attraverso gli appositi link di servizio. Apping srl non concede a terze parti non correlate al sito/progetto/servizio di riferimento i dati degli utenti che autorizzano o sottoscrivono la spedizione della Newsletter.

Processing methods: Data processing means their collection, registration, organization, conservation for the time necessary to achieve the purposes, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination and cancellation or rather the combination of two or more of these operations. The processing can be carried out both manually and with the aid of automated IT means which are suitable for the security measures envisaged as per current regulations on the protection of personal data; these data are processed exclusively by subjects specifically appointed by Apping srl or third parties related to the reference site/project/service managed. In particular, the processing takes place by the members belonging to the Apping srl organization such as: The persons in charge of the commercial area, the persons in charge of Marketing, the administrative personnel and the technical personnel as far as they are concerned.

Ambito di comunicazione e diffusione dei dati: I dati personali vengono conservati in adeguata sicurezza all'interno dell'infrastruttura tecnologica fisica, virtuale e in Cloud gestita dalla stessa Apping srl. I dati possono essere trattati dai dipendenti delle funzioni aziendali deputate al perseguimento delle finalità sopra indicate, che sono stati espressamente autorizzati al trattamento e che hanno ricevuto adeguate istruzioni operative, ma anche da terze parti correlate all'eventuale sito/progetto/servizio di riferimento gestito. I dati possono essere comunicati a soggetti operanti in qualità di Titolari (quali, a titolo esemplificativo, autorità di vigilanza e controllo ed ogni soggetto pubblico legittimato a richiedere i dati).

Fonte dei dati: Apping srl  è entrata in possesso dei dati personali in quanto precedentemente messi a disposizione volontariamente ed autonomamente in siti gestiti dalla stessa verticali a strutture partner o dedicati a progetti, servizi e software proprietari, siti gestiti per terze parti.

Data retention period: The personal data collected is kept until the user requests and/or expresses an explicit wish to unsubscribe from the service. After this term, the data held by Apping srl will be destroyed or made anonymous compatibly with the technical cancellation and backup procedures.

Nature of the provision: The provision of the data made available is optional for you. If you do not wish to receive further communications, please inform Apping srl in writing or use the automatic unsubscribe procedures accessible at the bottom of each communication sent. In this regard, it is sufficient to send a simple email to the address: privacy-gdpr@apping.it. Obviously, if you request us to delete your data necessary for sending invitations and information about our events, services, editorial articles and vertical in-depth analysis of the topics "Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Smart Data, Cloud Computing, IoT and Industry 4.0, System Integration, Cyber Security" as well as market research, you will miss the opportunities deriving from the update on our future activities. We also inform you that you he, at any time, the possibility of knowing your data in our possession and of requesting its updating, rectification, integration or cancellation from our database. If we do not receive your feedback on this, we will continue to send you communications relating to our initiatives.

The interested party can exercise all the rights foreseen by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 in compatibility with the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data EU 2016/679 (GDPR), in particular to know which of your data are present in the archive and to obtain their cancellation.

The art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 states:

1. In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him even if not yet registered and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information in relation to: origin of the data; purpose of the processing; logic of treatment; identification details of the Owner and Managers; of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated.
3. The interested party also has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or integration of the data collected; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the attestation that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom such data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .
4. The interested party also has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material.

Given the above:

By contacting the Registered Office of Apping srl by mail, or by email at the address privacy-gdpr@apping.it, interested parties can ask the Data Controller to access the data concerning them, to cancel it, correct inaccurate data, 'integration of incomplete data, the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR.

Furthermore, in the event that the treatment is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out with automated tools, the interested parties have the right to receive the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible , to transmit them to another holder without impediments.

Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which they usually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged violation occurred.
